Wearing a beach towel over your shoulder in the summer becomes a special fashion accessory that symbolizes the youthful ease of living in the Mediterranean, especially for me as a parent. It's enough to put on a swimsuit and flip-flops, and when you throw the towel over your shoulder, you're ready for a sea adventure. Older people view this nonchalance with nostalgia, that moment of young people passing through the town, producing a casual sound with their flip-flops.
