DEEP PEAKS

DEEP PEAKS - Underwater Heritage of Split-Dalmatia County showcases the region's premier marine archaeological discoveries. Spanning from prehistoric Neanderthal tools to WWII shipwrecks, the collection features over 100 rare artifacts. Following its 2025 debut in Split, the expanded exhibition is on display at the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb from March 3 to June 3.

Visual Concept
The graphic identity is directly inspired by the vibrant yellow and red circular markers used by divers to tag artifacts at underwater excavation sites. In the exhibition logo, a dual-font system simulates a magnifying glass effect, where the yellow circular element dynamically transforms specific characters into a stencil font.

Multimedia
The exhibition layout prioritizes immersive storytelling through underwater video footage, interactive content, and VR technology that allows visitors to experience a first-person virtual dive. This project is the culmination of years of inter-institutional research, bringing never-before-seen artifacts from museum depots to the general public for the first time.
